What is Neighborhood Stabilization Program NSP?
Communities across the country have been severely impacted by mortgage foreclosures and declining property values. In response, Congress passed the Housing and Economic Recovery Act (HERA) and funded the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) to help revitalize and stabilize impacted communities.
The City of Pompano Beach is pleased to put Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) funds to work by acquiring, rehabilitating and selling foreclosed properties.
Not only does this program provide an opportunity for families to purchase a home who might not otherwise be able to afford a home, but it also will help to stabilize the neighborhoods surrounding these properties.
If you are interested in one of the homes listed, go to the bottom of that page and fill out the registration form.
Be sure to include your telephone number so that a representative can get in touch to explain the NSP home purchase process to you.
Completing this registration form is the only way that you can start the process of purchasing an NSP home.
