Hillsboro Inlet Lighthouse Tour

A fun day at the lighthouse. Enjoy the cool ocean breezes blowing with crispness in the air. Come to 125 North Riverside Drive, Pompano Beach, FL on the North side of the Sands Harbor Resort and Marina. Parking is on the east side of the street in the City (pay) parking lot. Registration/check-in is 8:30 AM until the last boat returns. (at about 4:00 PM)

The boat leaves the Sands pier to the lighthouse beginning at 9:00 AM and every hour on the hour until 3:00 PM. The boat leaves the Lighthouse to the Sands pier beginning at 9:30 AM and every hour on the half hour until 3:30 PM. We suggest an arrival at the respective pier 20 minutes before the departure time. Friendly members will register/check you in, provide you with a wrist band, and assist you with boarding for the boat ride to/from the lighthouse. A current HLPS membership or a $25 PP transportation fee is required.

Brown's Temple Community Outreach & Heatlh Fair

Extreme Kayak/Paddleboard Fishing Tournament - Part 2

That is why we center our efforts in providing an environment that will help our participants recover from the traumatic effects of victimization and develop an understanding and awareness of the dynamics of domestic violence by empowering them to gain independence and self-sufficiency.

Benjamin’s Boutique strives to bring the community together by Crafting for a Cause. Through crafting and community bonding we will be crafting Beaded Bra Straps for Women in Distress. The craft will be donated along with an optional monetary donation. Join us, learn a new skill and help support a wonderful foundation!

Orchid lovers will marvel at the fascinating and exotic plants provided by 10 orchid vendors who will mount spectacular orchid displays to be judged by American Orchid Society (AOS) judges. Everyone will find something to add to their collections. Non-orchid vendors will provide orchid supplies including everything you need to grow beautiful orchids, plant benches/stands, reclaimed old growth cypress wood, art and jewelry. Daily "how to" lectures will be offered.

The Deerfield Beach Orchid Society presents "Orchid Obsession" its third annual orchid show and sale from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday, November 15 and Sunday, November 16, 2014, in the Emma Lou Olson Civic Center, located three streets North of Atlantic Blvd., and one block West of Federal Highway (US1). It is just South of the Pompano Beach Amphitheatre and the Pompano Beach Airpark. Free parking. General admission is $5.00. Children under 12 -- FREE.
