Opening reception for featured artist of the month, DJerlens Chery's exhibition titled Artist Speech: Inspirational Movement and Art, the exhibition will be open until March 29th 2024.

Artist Speech: Inspirational Movement and Art is a fusion of dance and figurative artworks, dedicated to kindling inspiration, resilience, and human potential. Through a harmonious blend of movement and visual storytelling, this project aims to engage and uplift the community. Each brushstroke and choreographed sequence forms a universal language that transcends boundaries, celebrating the beauty inherent in the human journey.

As a muralist, Chery recognizes the profound visual impact murals can have, and the Artist Speech: Inspirational Movement and Art project seeks to achieve a similar resonance with its audience. Both mural painting and traditional art share the fundamental language of visual expression. Within the paintings, the central focus revolves around the creation of inspirational figurative/portrait artworks, and his background as a mural artist imparts a unique perspective to this endeavor.
