Facade Rendering 26 Degrees

Expansion on Tap for 26 Degrees Brewery

There’s more than beer brewin’ at 26 Degrees! The local brewery, known for its award-winning craft beers and vibrant atmosphere, is expanding thanks to support from the Pompano Beach CRA.

Yonathan Ghersi, owner of 26 Degrees Brewing Company, recently applied for and received funding from two CRA initiatives: the Strategic Investment Program and the Façade & Business Site Improvement Program.

To better serve their loyal customers, 26 Degrees plans to add a kitchen, transforming the venue into a gastropub. This exciting development promises a delicious fusion of craft brews alongside a menu of tempting dishes, making it the perfect spot to gather with friends for a satisfying evening. The design also calls for a welcoming patio space. The estimated cost of this project is approximately $614,000, with the CRA providing approximately $101,000 in reimbursement.

In addition, the popular hangout will receive an exterior makeover with upgraded signage, creating a cooler vibe that will boast an outdoor area. The CRA will support that renovation with a $20,000 reimbursement.

“The CRA created these programs to support vibrant businesses that want to invest and grow within our districts,” said Nguyen Tran, CRA Director. “26 Degrees Brewery has played an important role in the redevelopment of the Atlantic Boulevard corridor, and we are excited to see the business expand to better serve our community and employ even more people.”

26 Degrees is anticipating revealing its new look in early Fall 2024.
