The First Time Homebuyer Program is OPEN at this time for applicants interested in purchasing EXISTING properties ONLY. Please contact the OHUI office at 954-786-4659 for additional information.
The First Time Home Buyer program provides funding to eligible first time home buyers to purchase a home. Funding will be used to pay all or a portion of the costs and/or down payment required for the purchase. Applicants interested in the First Time Homebuyer program must complete the Inquiry Form below, be prequalified with a 1st mortgage lender and have a contract in place before being able to proceed to the online application process in Neighborly.
